All women should be on a Multi-Vitamin, Essential Fatty Acids, Magnesium, Vitamin D and very importantly Vitamin C, at least 1000mg. This is just the basics and there is more to look at for other issues. Beneficial things to add are collagen, kelp, B5, B6, B12. And always a probiotic.
For Men we need to look at a Multi Vitamin as a must, Essential Fatty Acids, Vitamin B complex, Magnesium, Vitamin D, Zinc and of course at least 1000mg of Vitamin C. And always a probiotic.
For Children a Multi Vitamin and extra 250mg of Vitamin C. And always a probiotic.
